Mark-Paul achieved First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Edinburgh and also completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering specialising in Vibration reduction. Formerly the CEO of Reactec Ltd, which he grew through several investment rounds that raised a total of £2.5m and then brought to profitability. Mark-Paul helped develop the industry leading HAVmeter and other unique vibration related products. Mark-Paul is the driving force behind the Xi team and, although delighted working from Edinburgh as a base, has a global vision for the company. He is regularly asked to speak at international conferences on the topic of vibration study and elimination.

Dr Mark-Paul Buckingham
Manus was formerly Executive Director for Lloyds TSB Scotland responsible for all corporate and commercial banking activities including business banking, asset finance and treasury. He began his career with the Bank of Scotland in Glasgow in 1966 and subsequently spent fourteen years working in London in International Banking and Treasury before returning to Glasgow to take up a senior appointment in the Bank’s International Division. Manus has an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He has extensive Board experience in the public, charitable and voluntary sectors.
Gordon is a Chartered Accountant (1976) and graduated from Glasgow University with a BAcc in 1973. An experienced Chairman, CEO and Managing Director with a track record of strong revenue growth and profit enhancement. For five years Gordon was CEO of PRTM Management Consultants, a global firm with over 600 consultants and prior to this had twenty years of consulting experience with European and US-based multinational companies in the electronics sector. In his career Gordon has additionally gained extensive experience in the engineering and construction industries and is currently active in the not-for-profit sector at home and overseas.
Jacqui qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 having trained with Arthur Andersen. After 9 years in the profession doing audit and corporate finance advisory work, Jacqui joined The Miller Group Ltd as Group Financial Controller and then a few years later became the Group's ERP Manager. She was instrumental in implementing enterprise resource planning software across the business and streamlining the business processes. Over recent years Jacqui has been involved in a number of financial and systems based project management assignments across a variety of different companies. She is currently the company's Non Executive Finance Director.
